Were week two into spring break around here and the gym is a ghost town! Trust me, it’s a nice break for my partner and I but c’mon guys, don’t let spring break be an excuse to be lazy! We’re right around the corner from summer, don’t get out of your routine! Trust me, once you get out of it, it’s hard to get back in. Remember the goals you are working on and have worked so hard toward. Then remember where you where before you started and know that’s the path you are following when you skip workouts. I know this time of year it’s hard to get motivated and there are a lot of distractions, but don’t forget to take care of your body, whether it’s in the gym, or at home, or in a hotel room. Ok, rant over. Get movin!!!
